Affordable Housing Trust

The Kingston Affordable Housing Trust was created by vote of STM on June 2, 2014 , to establish a municipal housing trust in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 44 sub-section 55C. There shall by no less than five, nor more than seven Trustees, appointed by the Board of Selectmen for terms of two years. Trustees may be reappointed and there is no term limit.
